From Bride + Groom, S & T
“Bianca did an amazing job with one of my favorite moments captured. OBSESSED is an understatement. This photo was kind of a tough one to paint. Her attention to detail and her care to make sure it’s all perfect is so evident. This painting is so special to me, and even more special because my husband will be deploying in the near future. I can’t thank her enough. If you’re on the fence, book her! It’s only a matter of time before this new artist blows up.”

“So thankful we booked Bianca as our live painter! We have been waiting for this moment since I spoke to her 7 months ago! She did such an amazing job. All my guests loved her and were in awe of her work. She has such a lovely personality and is super talented. We cannot stop admiring our painting, truly such a memorable piece that we can keep forever. Thank you so much Bianca, we really appreciate your hard work and attention to detail. The painting itself could not be any more perfect.”

The Live Painting Process
First, we will “meet” via phone/video call or email during booking to discuss the event, your vision for the painting, and to get to know each other!
When the big day comes:
• I will arrive 2-3 hours before your event begins, and will spend 6-8 hours live painting throughout the event, or until the event ends, whichever comes first.
• Toward the end of the night we will have a grand reveal of your painting in it’s mostly-complete state, which will be captured on photo and/or video. When the night ends, I will take the painting home with me to make any touch ups necessary and seal it with a varnish.
Receiving your Painting:
• For events that require I travel, you will receive your finished painting the next day. You (or a designated trusted friend) will meet with me to exchange your finished painting before I leave.
• For events in Southern California, your painting will go home with me to be finished in my studio. Once complete, you (or a designated trusted friend) will meet with me to exchange your finished painting. Paintings that come home with me typically have a 1-4 week turnaround to be completed, and returned, depending on the extent of work that remains after your event. Perfect timing coming home from your honeymoon if I am painting your wedding day!
More Details:
• Paintings are done in acrylic paint on a ready-to-display, 1.5" thick, high-quality canvas with sides finished to allow you to display it unframed. All paintings are sealed with varnish to ensure your artwork remains pristine.
• Only 50% of your balance is due up-front to secure your date- the rest is due one week before your event! Customized payment plans are also available.

I would arrive 30 minutes-1 hour before my set “begin” time, and will have a table setup for a minimum of 3 hours where I will paint your guests portraits for them as they enjoy your event.
Pictures will be taken of the guests as they approach the table, and I will paint the portraits from the photos. If there are any unfinished portraits by the end of my time, I will complete them after the wedding from my reference photos, and mail them to you at no additional expense to you.
Portraits will be available for guests to collect from my station as they dry.
More Details:
• Paintings are done in watercolor paint on ready-to-display, 5”x7”, high-quality watercolor paper. All paintings are packaged in a clear, protective sleeve to ensure your artwork remains pristine.
• The painting process allows for roughly 8-13 portraits to be completed per hour, with up to 3 portraits/people per sheet.
